The books i recommend to start with....

Today I got stuck with buying books and timepassed on busy koti roads in hyderabad...Got an idea just now to share some good books for novice CAT aspirants....

All the cat aspirants or guys who wuld like to improve their english be attentive....
Read immense novels to develop ur language skills...this z the best way to improve
start from the budding stage and develop ur language for future use...
If u hav time do start with an easy one and make it a daily habit of reading novels.
This is the best preparation u can do for ur Verbal section in CAT or GRE or GMAT
whatever it is!!

If u r a novice novel reader then start with the book like


- Five point someone at first

- or to develop interest in reading go for a simple novel...like Independence day or anyScherlock
holmes books


If u are gud at reading and for the guys who hav their hobby as the same can luk at:


- The discovery of India ( a gr8 buk indeed, but a bit difficult to understand afaik)

- Autobiography of a Yogi( to understand the spiritual stance and i quote it bcos it being my fav buk)

- The monk who sold his ferari

- India 2007 ( this is for general knowledge which is an essential ingredient for a MBA aspirant)

These four books i recommend for a good read...the second book which i said is not prescribed
by any site or any author to a cat aspirant but i stress it for its extensive vocab and as an
introduction for a cat aspirant to a spiritual writing...it can fetch u marks in RC section if spiritual related passages are given...bcos believe me its worth reading.

is quiet decent , I aspire to do a MBA from the IIMs and so I will be

Now lemme explain of why i started this blog MISSION – CAT 0 0 7

Everytime I use to read my summary in the newspaper , I used to

encounter some new words which I don’t know the meaning.

I used to lookup a dictionary…which anyone in this world will get

Bored of…..I tried something new this time…..the new idea says…

Write a blog with posts of your interests, use these new words

Often in these posts. In an addition to this I downloaded an add-on

to my favourite browser mozilla firefox…i.e Oak vocabulary for

Firefox.

So everyday I pickup the important articles from newspapers or

Magazines I subscribe also some websites and summarize these

So what is the advantage you gain from my blog?

1. U can know the meanings as ur daily capsules by clicking the

Words in the posts present in these blogs with the help of the

Oak addon I mentioned.

2. U can get your daily capsule of GK which u can gain only

when u read the newspapers which according to me is a

time waste if u encounter with some nonsense in the editorials

3. U can easily and comfortably make this a habbit i.e. to read this

COMMERCIAL INTEREST VERSUS SPORTING SPIRIT

Advertisements are one of the commercial activities I am advocating my views with. The BCCI has announced a fee cut for the players for their underperformance like a five point something IIT student penalized. A million dollar question in here is “Is it that BCCI itself encouraging the cricketers to play for commercial purpose?”.

“Life is a game play it”. The tenor of this sentence is lost. Instead it has turn out to be " Life is a costly game buy it ", which may turn out to be obnoxious in all its kinds and hence should be avoided. Play the game to win but not for cash should be developed as the people's motto. Similarly, people should lead the life to win the hearts of people around them, by helping the needy and igniting a sense of happiness within, which cannot be obtained in the company of treasure thus keeping up the "sporting spirit".

READY FOR THE TAKE OFF

Well I being a novice blogger im starting off with my first post.

It seems to me that all the wonderful life i have enjoyed till now has left me into a feel of " its over " attitude making me a little dull of kind.Enjoying with my best friend in the canteen and a morning chat along with a early morning travel comes to my mind every day flashing my mind with the everending joy its associated with.
The happy emotional man out of me has been changed to a responsible man by the time he could realize that there's no way left out leaving him with the last chance to fight back to the past glory in the name of an exam - C A T .
This is the beginning, i say to myself when i feel "its all over". Hope the readers(if any) might find my tone in here to be a loser and a loss of confidence stage in me. But im having my backup strength to recharge myself which shows me the path to life and again back to the past glory.
This backup strength of mine have the qualities of :

• never ending
• never deserting me
• never cheating me
  
• or should i say it never lets me down from now on

I have promised my backup and their comes a will in me to hold the responsibility as a brother,as a son and as a well wisher.
" I am there with u y worry " are the sweet words which keep echoing in my heart connecting it and passing these words through my blood and nerves from tip to toe.
To be frank this is a kind of preparation to my CAT 07 in a way as to develop my vocabulary and hope it heps. Moreover encouraged by the blogs which came in my way while browsing, I have created this one WITH THE PERMISSION OF MY BACKUP...hoping there's nothing to stop me.
